2 Tablespoon of peanut butter contains:

Protein. Peanut butter contains 7.02 grams (g) of protein


Magnesium. With 57 milligrams (mg) of magnesium, each serving helps towards the RDA of 400–420 mg in men and 310–320 in women. 

Vitamin B-6. With 0.17 g of vitamin B-6 per serving, peanut butter provides almost 14 percent of an adult's RDA of 1.3 mg

Zinc. A serving of peanut butter provides 0.85 mg of zinc. This is 7.7 percent of the recommended daily intake of 11 mg for men, and 10.6 percent of the RDA of 8 mg for women.

Day 3 : Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

450 grams of white chocolate chips or white candy coating

128 grams of peanut butter - creamy 
128 grams chopped walnuts or cashews



Direction

Double boil white chocolate chips, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from the heat; stir in peanut butter and walnuts. Spread into a greased 8-in. square pan. Chill until firm. Cut into 1-in. squares.

Day 2: Deviled Egg

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 15 Minutes
Servings : 2 half Deviled egg

Ingredients


1 large boiled egg
1 tbsp. mayonnaise - Heinz or others
½ tbsp. finely chopped onion
½ tbsp. finely chopped curry leaves/ parsley
Pinch of salt and pepper if needed
¼ tbsp. finely chopped chili or bell pepper

Direction

Slice egg in half and remove yolks and set egg white aside. Take a bowl, use a spoon or fork to mix the yolk, mayonnaise, chopped onion, curry leaves, chili, pinch of salt and pepper together. Fill the mixture into pipping bag and cut the front of the bag to make a small hole. Squeeze the filling into each egg-white half and dressing it with parsley leaves.

What is Salami???

Salami has been around for more than 2000 years and in Roman and Antiquated Greek occasions, it was the most prominent method for protecting meat to keep it newSalami is made by blending pork or beef with salt and seasonings including herbs, flavors, wine and garlic. The prepared meat is put into a palatable packaging and left to age for a couple of days. When this procedure is finished, the salami is moved to a cooler room and hung to dry for half a month.

Servings : 1 Large Sandwich

Ingredients


5- 7 slices of salami
1 Finely chopped spring onion leaves
2 leaves of Green lettuce 
2 Slices of sandwich bread - Kurakan or wholegrain bread (optional)
2 Tablespoon Cream cheese- Happy cow/Kraft or others
Pinch of Pepper

Instructions

In a small bowl, Combine cream cheese, spring onion leaves, pepper. Mash herbs into the cream until incorporated. Spread about 1-2 Tbsp of the mixture on the side of each bread slice. Top with lettuce and 5-7 slices of salami and slapped together and enjoy!.😋😋

Additionally: you can include tomato and cucumber to reduce salami's salt taste.

          Where I have started???

At some point, I was unfortunate to make coffee for my uncle since no one at home on a particular day. I was afraid to make a cup of coffee but it turned out well at the end because of the instructions which were given by my best friend. Also, I was relieved that I successfully managed a stove since it was my first time using it. 

"Not every person in this world loves to cook. But the people who love cooking are the real lucky ones, as well as their families. It is an extraordinary satisfaction that will make you and others happy. If you like cooking, be passionate".

There are so many reasons I love to cook, cooking is one of those things that just comes naturally for me, and I think I acquired because I can cook almost anything and nail it on the first try, much like my mom. The primary reason why I love to cook is because it keeps me stress free. For example, when I am cooking I have almost no opportunity to think because the cooking is challenging my mind and taking my mind off the stress of everyday life.
