What is Salami???

Salami has been around for more than 2000 years and in Roman and Antiquated Greek occasions, it was the most prominent method for protecting meat to keep it newSalami is made by blending pork or beef with salt and seasonings including herbs, flavors, wine and garlic. The prepared meat is put into a palatable packaging and left to age for a couple of days. When this procedure is finished, the salami is moved to a cooler room and hung to dry for half a month.

Servings : 1 Large Sandwich

Ingredients


5- 7 slices of salami
1 Finely chopped spring onion leaves
2 leaves of Green lettuce 
2 Slices of sandwich bread - Kurakan or wholegrain bread (optional)
2 Tablespoon Cream cheese- Happy cow/Kraft or others
Pinch of Pepper

Instructions

In a small bowl, Combine cream cheese, spring onion leaves, pepper. Mash herbs into the cream until incorporated. Spread about 1-2 Tbsp of the mixture on the side of each bread slice. Top with lettuce and 5-7 slices of salami and slapped together and enjoy!.😋😋

Additionally: you can include tomato and cucumber to reduce salami's salt taste.
