peanut butter provides almost 14 percent of an adult's RDA
of 1.3 mg.
Zinc. A serving
of peanut butter provides 0.85 mg of zinc. This is 7.7 percent of the
recommended daily intake of 11 mg for men, and 10.6 percent of the RDA of 8 mg
for women.
Day 3 : Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
450 grams of white chocolate chips or white candy coating
128 grams chopped walnuts or cashews
Direction
Double boil white chocolate chips, stirring
constantly until smooth. Remove from the heat; stir in peanut butter and
walnuts. Spread into a greased 8-in. square pan. Chill until firm. Cut into
1-in. squares.
