Day 2: Deviled Egg
Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 15 Minutes
Servings : 2 half Deviled egg
1 large boiled egg
1 tbsp. mayonnaise - Heinz or others
½ tbsp. finely chopped onion
½ tbsp. finely chopped curry leaves/ parsley
Pinch of salt and pepper if needed
¼ tbsp. finely chopped chili or bell pepper
Slice egg in half and remove yolks and set egg white aside. Take
a bowl, use a spoon or fork to mix the yolk, mayonnaise, chopped onion, curry
leaves, chili, pinch of salt and pepper together. Fill the mixture into
pipping bag and cut the front of the bag to make a small hole. Squeeze the filling
into each egg-white half and dressing it with parsley leaves.
